We are Brea and Claudia owners of Bonita Bodega, a virtual marketplace for perfectly imperfect goods, sourced with intention whether it be for your home, body, spirit, and mind.
Our desire was to open a colorful, new door in which the unattainable feels accessible to all. This is a community where realism still holds space for magic, beauty, rareness, and femininity. Our goal is to highlight small independent makers from near and far.

I guess you can say Pasadena brought us together. First Brea and Taryn bonded when Brea was a store manager at one of Taryn favorite shops in Pasadena. They bonded over their love for fashion and soon started collaborating on ideas for the shop and Pasadena Charm. During this time Brea also shared how much she enjoyed Taryn positive energy with me (Claudia). And coincidently I was invited to a Galentine party and I sat next Taryn not knowing that she was the Taryn that Brea let me know about it.
One thing led to another and we connected the dots on how we knew of each other and instantly bonded. We love bouncing ideas off Taryn and get so inspired by her creative content. And she has been so supportive of Bonita Bodega and we can’t wait to collaborate.
