If you’re like me, always on the go and feeling like there’s never enough time to get things done, then you know how challenging it can be to make family dinners during the week! That’s why I was so excited to partner with Lisa Lin from Healthy Nibbles & Bits to share with you four amazing Asian-themed recipes that only take about 30 minutes to make! Lisa, a lawyer turned food blogger, discovered her love for cooking and has made blogging her full-time job. Her recipes are out-of-this-world and I especially love how she shows you step-by-step how to make meals through her Instagram stories.
Her recipes are quite selective and include vegetarian and vegan options. There are even recipes for smoothies (cherry lime red beet smoothie, pomegranate apple cider spritzer), and sauces and dressings (teriyaki sauce, strawberry and rhubarb chia seed jam), so be sure to check out her site.
